Florida NOW(National Organization o Women) Digital Collection

Women’s Studies MA Candidate Tim D’Annecy will present his digital project “The Florida NOW Archive.” D’Annecy’s research resulted in a collaborative website created to educate the public about the rich history of Florida’s National Organization for Women (NOW). Please join us as he guides us through the website interface to explore some of the key documents in the collection featuring NOW chapters in North Florida from 1973-2003. Celebrate Women’s History Month with this collection of local and regional feminism—you may be introduced to a new technology and through it, become reacquainted with some old friends.

This event is free and open to the public.
